This is just a quick update. As you know we've arranged to have a 1/2 day city tour on the Saturday and a 1/2 day tunnel tour on the Sunday. Our Pedaltours trip begins on Monday, Nov. 8 at 2:00 pm at the hotel.
Sharon is counting the sleeps, Robin is definitely not going to cycle in HCMC and Paul is getting excited. By the way, Paul's recommendation of the book The Girl in the Picture is a good one; the story gives great insight into Vietnam's history on a personal level.
If you want to add to this blog now let me know....I'll send you the password. When we get to Vietnam I would like everyone to be involved.

Great frontispiece pic. We read Pham's Catfish and Mandala aloud. It is a great book but you may not want to go after you have read it. Presumably, as non-Viet Kieu, the underseams and bellies will be next to impossible to experience should anyone possibly want to.
